Meditations

A small, growing set of guided practices in the IFS tradition. Some are for particular moments, before practice, mid-practice, after a concert; others you can return to anytime, to find your centre. IFS works with our inner parts, the many voices and feelings we each carry; if you're new to this, begin with the first practice, a gentle introduction to meeting one of them.

Before you begin your practice session, a moment to notice where you're coming from — the agenda a part of you may be bringing with you. We ask that part gently for some space, and see what emerges.
