Some inner work opens more easily in company. These online workshops bring artists together into a shared field of practice, where a sense of shared reality and belonging can grow between us and a small community forms around the work. There is a quiet permission in doing this with others rather than alone, in resonance and companionship. Playing from the Heart is the recurring one for artists; an in-person retreat is also taking shape for 2027.
An online workshop introducing artists to IFS. Together we meet the inner dynamics that shape how we perform and create, with a clear look at the model and at the Self, a guided group meditation to befriend a part that gets activated under pressure (the stage fright, the self-criticism, the urge to push through), and time to share in pairs. A first, experiential taste of self-led music-making, alone and in company.
